Who I am

Independent, experimental, altruistic.

So I would describe myself.

I have more than 30 years of professional experience in the European private industrial sector and in the humanitarian aid / international cooperation sector. In the course of all these years I lived in various European, African and Middle Eastern countries, often in fragile contexts, and I worked both in high income countries and in difficult operational settings with private corporations, governmental or non-governmental organizations.

In the course of my career, I have been responsible for high volume, multi-donor programs with international teams working across several countries and with direct budget and personnel responsibility.

It is from my studies in Engineering and in Philosophy, and from those years of professional and personal experience that I derive the methodology and the content of the support I offer.

My coaching and philosophical counseling services are meant for everybody looking for a non-therapeutical support to her or his own growth process, and could be particularly valuable for those individuals and professionals operating in fragile contexts or living under challenging conditions.
