Welcome to Inner Growth Philosophy
Existential and transformative Counseling
Life Counseling, Grief Support, End-of-Life Companioning
To meet the unknown, you first need to get lost.
Live, Change, Grow
Life continually invites us to grow. Sometimes through moments of joy, achievement, and discovery. More often, however, through uncertainty, change, loss, crisis, or the realization that our current way of living no longer feels aligned with who we are or who we wish to become.
Personal growth is not a luxury reserved for a fortunate few, but one of the central tasks of being human. Throughout our lives, we are called to deepen our understanding of ourselves, clarify our values, develop greater resilience and wisdom, and cultivate a more authentic relationship with ourselves, others, and the world around us.
My work is dedicated to supporting that process.
Whether you are facing an important life transition, questioning the direction of your life, searching for meaning and purpose, struggling with uncertainty, coping with loss, or accompanying a loved one at the end of life, these experiences can become opportunities for reflection, transformation, and growth. While they may be painful or challenging, they often invite us to engage more deeply with the fundamental questions of human existence and to discover new possibilities for living.
I'm not here to treat symptoms, but to help you realize your potential.
My role is not to diagnose, treat, or provide ready-made answers. I am neither a physician nor a psychotherapist. Instead, I offer a safe space for thoughtful dialogue, self-reflection, and exploration. Through philosophical and existential counseling, grief support, and end-of-life companioning, I accompany individuals as they navigate some of life's most significant challenges and transitions.
My approach is informed by a unique combination of scientific and humanistic education, more than thirty years of international professional experience, and a deep interest in the questions that shape our lives. Having lived and worked across different cultures and in both stable and fragile environments, I have witnessed the remarkable capacity of human beings to adapt, endure, grow, and find meaning even under difficult circumstances.
If you are facing questions, challenges, transitions, or losses that invite deeper reflection, you may already be standing at the threshold of an important period of personal growth. If so, I would be honored to accompany you on that journey.
Become who you truly are!
Always Celebrate Your Courage More Than Your Success
The purpose of my work is not to provide answers on your behalf, but to help you discover your own. Through dialogue, reflection, and exploration, I support you in developing a deeper understanding of yourself, clarifying what truly matters to you, and mobilizing your own inner resources. Together, we explore the questions, challenges, and possibilities that life presents, helping you make choices that are aligned with your values and with the person you aspire to become.
Personal growth rarely happens without change, and meaningful change often requires courage. It asks us to face uncertainty, question familiar assumptions, and sometimes walk through difficult periods rather than around them. Yet it is precisely these experiences that can become powerful opportunities for learning, transformation, and self-discovery.
Every challenge carries within it the possibility of growth. Every transition, crisis, setback, or turning point can deepen our understanding of ourselves and enrich our experience of life—if we are willing to engage with it consciously and openly.
My role is to accompany you in this process. Together, we will identify the attitudes, choices, and paths that best support your development and well-being. We will explore your experiences, values, and aspirations, helping you cultivate greater clarity, resilience, authenticity, and purpose.
The goal is not dependence, but autonomy. Not perfection, but growth. Not becoming someone else, but becoming more fully yourself.
I will walk alongside you for as long as you find the journey helpful and meaningful, offering a space for reflection, encouragement, and support as you continue on your own unique path.
Take the First Step
An initial 30-minute session to get to know each other is free of charge and is not binding for either party. It's purpose is to help us understand if there is enough mutual trust and if we can find a conducive ground to work together.
Discretion and confidentiality are obviously guaranteed at all times.
