1. Data

What data do we collect?

We only collect the personal data and information you will voluntarily communicate to us, for instance contacting us via e-mail or in the course of our coaching / consultation sessions. Data may include personal names, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers and any other personal identification information you might decide to disclose to us.

How will we use your data?

The data in our possession will be treated confidentially and will be used solely to deliver you the services contractually agreed upon.

We will not share any of the data in our possession with any other individual or company.

How will we store your data?

We store your data on personal IT devices (laptops and/or telephones) secured by passwords or by fingerprints.

We will keep the information related to you for the time period required by the applicable laws or, if no laws apply, for 6 months after the end of the coaching / consultation sessions. Once this time period has expired, we will securely delete your data from all our devices.

2. Marketing

We will not send you any information about products and services that we think you might like without your previous consent and you will always have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.

3. What are your data protection rights?

You are entitled to:

- request for copies of your personal data (right to access).

- request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate or that we complete the information you believe is incomplete (right to rectification).

- request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions and if not against applicable laws (right to erasure).

- request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions (right to restrict processing).

- object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions (right to object to processing).

- request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions (right to data portability).

If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.

4. Cookies

We do not use cookies.

5. Hosting

We host the content of our website with the provider Strato AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin (hereinafter referred to as ‘Strato’). When you visit our website, Strato might collects various log files, including your IP addresses.
